Planned, implemented, tested and administered institution-wide LMS and SIS platforms supporting approximately 125 users. Managed course setup, enrolment, role permissions, data integrity and ongoing support in collaboration with IT.

Led the migration of paper-based academic records into searchable digital systems, improving accessibility, retrieval, confidentiality and continuity. Established data-quality practices and reporting workflows.

Trained 62 teachers in digital learning technologies, assessment tracking, reporting and communication workflows. Provided post-training support and coached staff through adoption challenges.
